About
Meet Carlyle Verne, CPA
Carlyle has built his career on getting the numbers right. A Florida-licensed CPA since 2016, he has spent more than 13 years in public accounting, rising from staff auditor to audit manager. Along the way he has led financial audits, federal and state Single Audits, and reviews for local governments, nonprofits, and church organizations, presenting results directly to boards and governing bodies.
That experience shapes how Verne CPA serves its clients today. Carlyle approaches every tax return and set of books the way an auditor would: carefully, thoroughly, and with a commitment to research. When a question comes up, he doesn’t guess. He digs into the rules until he’s confident the answer is correct, and he explains it in plain language.
Carlyle holds a Master’s in Financial Services with an emphasis in accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, cum laude, both from Southern Adventist University. He speaks fluent French and has served on mission trips across South America, the Caribbean, and Africa. Based in Mount Dora, Florida, Carlyle serves individuals, small businesses, and nonprofits locally and nationwide.
